For thicker materials, it may be necessary to inject the material for pump testing before determining the use of the pump head.When using pump head to pump liquid oil products, although not all leakage, but the probability of individual leakage is very large.
As for the foam pump head, the foam is pumped out by the foam pump head, without the need for water friction foaming, less consumption, easy to use.The material inside the foam pump head must be liquid, the material should be very thin, not very thick, otherwise it will block the network and pressure the material.The bottle with the foam pump head can only be filled with liquid and can not be filled with emulsion. The fine net inside the pump head can not be missing, otherwise the foam pressure can not come out.
Number of spray onset:
Generally speaking, the number of times of the pump head is the number of times of the pump head maximum stroke pressure, and the material will be discharged.This metric is more important.If the pump head is pressed multiple times without discharge, or is pressed multiple times before discharge, such a pump head is not qualified.If the product with this pump head leaves the factory, it will be returned.
To test the number of sprays, fill the bottle with the actual amount of material.After tightening the pump head, screw down the pump head pressure head or remove the pump head clamp, etc.So that the pump head pressure head can be pressed down.When the pump head pressure head can no longer be pressed down, release until the pump head pressure head is not fully lifted.This is a complete process of pressure pump, so repeatedly continuous pressure pump, until the pump began to discharge, and statistics of the number of pressure pump head.
Water-based products are usually sprayed no more than five times.Other slightly thicker products should not exceed 10 times.The general pump head test water is 2-3 times of the water output.
pump output:
According to the characteristics of the products used, the pump head with appropriate displacement is selected.Such as shampoo, shower gel and so on.Each time the amount of use is very large, so the pump head with large pump displacement should be selected.For milk and other products, you should choose a pump head with a slightly smaller displacement.The pump output of the pump head should be uniform and stable.The deviation of pump output is determined according to service requirements and pump head characteristics.
When testing the pump output of the pump head, fill the bottle with the actual filling amount of material.After tightening the pump head, screw down the pressure head of the pump head or remove the clamp of the pump head.Therefore, the pump head can be pressed down.Repeatedly press the pump head with appropriate force until the pump head is discharged, and then repeatedly press until the pump head is discharged steadily.
Put the bottle with the pump head on the electronic balance, weigh it and remove the skin, then put the pump head pressure head on the maximum stroke to pump out the material, and then put it on the electronic balance and weigh it, see that the reduced amount is the one-time pumping amount.
In this way, the three pump outputs are repeatedly measured, and the pump heads are continuously pressed 10 times regardless of the weight, and the four pump outputs are continuously measured according to the above method, and the average value of the 10 pump outputs is calculated.According to the above method, four pump heads are measured simultaneously, and the average pump output is the actual pump output of the pump head.
Pump head suction pipe end and length:
Do not make the mouth flat on the side of the pump head pipette that contacts the bottom of the bottle, because the pump will not discharge or break the material.Usually the pipette supplied by the pump head factory has a gap at both ends.There are special tools for cutting straws.If you feel the straw is too long and you need to cut it yourself, without special tools, use scissors to cut the end of the straw into a diagonal opening.
Usually, the length of the straw is the ideal length when the straw is inserted into the pump head and screwed down, and then pressed against the bottom of the bottle without bending.When the pump head is normally tightened outside the bottle body, the bottom of the pump head cover can be placed at the bottom of the pump head cover. The length of the straw can be determined by observing the distance between the end of the straw and the bottom of the bottle.It should be noted that some bottles have raised bottoms.Pump head suction pipe should not be too long or too short.Pump head suction pipe is too long, fine suction pipe end easy to bend upward, resulting in incomplete pumping.For the thick straw, the pump head is not easy to rotate, resistance is large, easy to break, also affect the pumping.Needless to say, the straws are short and the pumping is not thorough.
Pump head rebound force (rebound time) :
Tighten the pump head on the matching bottle so that the pressure head of the pump head can be pressed down.Press the head with appropriate force until it can no longer be pressed down, and timing immediately after releasing the head.The time required from the beginning of the release of the head to the full rebound of the head is the pump head rebound time.Usually the pump head rebound time is less than 3 seconds.
Heat and cold test:
Put the actual filling amount of material into the bottle, screw on the pump head, and put it into (48±1)℃ incubator and (-15±2)℃ refrigerator for 24h(the specific temperature setting value can be determined according to needs).The pump head should be able to work normally after the room temperature is restored.You can also test the hot and cold cycle.

1.An important item of foam pump head test should consider that the pumped foam should be dense and fine.
2.When testing a vacuum bottle, the friction between the inner wall of the bottle and the piston should be tested.
3.One of the core inspection items of the spray pump head is the atomization effect.Spray should be continuous and uniform, no obvious droplets.In addition, spraying Angle and spraying range should also be tested, with reference to 15 national standard tests.
