During the operation of the manual machine production process, the mouth mold of the wide-mouth bottle may be misplaced or not in place, which is not true, and the uniformity of the mouth of the wide-mouth bottle will also vary greatly, but the manual operation will also vary due to individual bottle types. It will be more flexible than the assembly line, so as to achieve the product effect that the assembly line cannot make.
3. The hand-made molds are mostly opened with handles. The shaping and cooling of the bottle and the mold clamping line will be affected by the morning and evening of blowing air and the time and length of opening and closing the mold. The assembly line is different. The time is accurate, the impact on the product setting is small, and the product clamping line will be small.
4. The manual machine production process does not have high requirements on the production site and production time, and can flexibly meet the needs of customers with small orders. The mold production time is short and the cost investment is small, which is also the reason why the manual machine process has always been popular with glass bottle manufacturers. First, the assembly line will have certain requirements for the production site and the number of products.
